Our terms and conditions are as follows: "Three year limited warranty to all original labour, parts, fittings, irrigation wire and connections, etc.; provided Semi-annual maintenance (Winterization and Spring-Start up) are provided by Bathurst Irrigation."

This warranty does not cover any damage that may be done. Including, but not limited to damage by homeowner, landscapers, cars, vandalism, etc. Validity of warranty depends on customer having an account in good standings, namely that invoices for Activation and Winterization / potential extra services are paid and up to date.

If Materials or Labour provided by Bathurst Irrigation are found to be defective, or if unaltered areas are not being properly watered, we will fix or replace them at no extra cost.
